Optical measurements of water quality using following variables.
  • Chlorophyll fluorescence: amount of phytoplankton in μg Chla /L;
  • Phycoerythrin fluorescence: amount of red coloured algae in relative units;
  • Phycocyanin fluorescence: amount of filamentous cyanobacteria in relative units;
  • CDOM fluorescence: amount of humic materials in units of Quinine Sulphate μg/L;
  • Turbidity: water clarity in units of NTU
Hourly median values given.
